Strategic Connections: From Insight to Impact brings together healthcare strategy and market development professionals from across the Southeast and around the country for an engaging one-and-a-half-day conference. With approximately 100–150 attendees, the conference is intentionally sized to foster meaningful conversations, genuine relationship-building, and valuable peer-to-peer learning.
Through thought-provoking sessions, practical insights, and plenty of networking opportunities, attendees will explore how stronger connections, clearer communication, and strategic alignment can drive real results within their organizations. Healthcare Is Changing. What Should We Be Talking About?
As we build the program for the SESHSMD 2026 Fall Conference – Strategic Connections: From Insight to Impact, we already have a strong lineup of confirmed speakers and sessions. Now, we're looking for fresh ideas and new perspectives to round out the program, sharpening both the insights we bring and the connections that make it real.
If you have a compelling case study, innovative strategy, practical framework, or lessons learned that would benefit healthcare strategy and market development professionals, we'd love to hear from you.
We welcome proposals that explore how strategy leaders bridge gaps, align stakeholders, and drive meaningful change. We are especially interested in topics such as:
- Cross‑functional collaboration that connects strategy with finance, operations, clinical care, or digital transformation
- Execution discipline that translates strategic intent into measurable outcomes
- Market development and growth strategies that respond to rapid disruption
- Consumerism, experience, and access innovations that reshape competitive positioning
- AI, analytics, and emerging technologies that accelerate insight and decision‑making
- Partnership models that demonstrate how relationships drive strategic success
- Organizational alignment and tools for engaging leaders, clinicians, and frontline teams
- Workforce and culture strategies that enable transformation
SESHSMD strongly encourages presentations from organizations partnering with healthcare providers to include at least one presenter from a healthcare organization (hospital, health system, or similar provider). We also recognize that some valuable presentations may not involve a healthcare organization partner and welcome those submissions.
Applications are open until Monday, August 31.
If you have an issues applying or other questions, please reach out to Eva Foussat, SESHSMD Marketing Assistant, at eva@evafoussat.com.
Help us bring new ideas and meaningful conversations to Charlotte this November—we look forward to reviewing your proposal.
